The Washington Elementary School PTO will hosting a Spring Vendor Fair on May 4th....just in times for Mother's Day!

The Fair will be at the Municipal Pool Parking lot located on Wagaraw Road in Hawthorne, New Jersey.

Only one representative per business! Tables are $35.00.

Let's Celebrate Reading!

Every February, the students, staff, and faculty of Washington Elementary School take part in the school's "Let's Celebrate Reading" month long celebration of books and reading.

Our superintedent of schools, Dr. Richard Spirito (pictured at right) and Mayor Botboyl (pictured below) also accepted our invitation to the community to come in and read to students!

Thanks to PTO President Kelly Hallquist, on February 25th, students were visited by "Amelia Bedelia" author Herman Parish and Amelia Bedelia herself.
