Can YOU stand the Suspense?

I came across the MOST interesting workout I've ever seen while checking out "iVillage's" fitness section!

From what the "blurp" says, this workout specifically targets your "core muscles" and is used by Navy Seals during training.

The TRX Suspension System by Fitness Anywhere is a total-body workout that especially targets the core. Originally a Navy Seals training tool, the TRX has two straps that tie to a ceiling or chin-up bar, creating a high-intensity but low-impact workout that recruits your own body weight for resistance. "The TRX is great because it's portable," says fitness trainer Debra Strougo, "You can train anywhere —at home, on the road, in the park."
